Amazing, complex flavor cheese! I bought it at the Duluth coop grocery, saw that it was Double Gloucester (which I remember from eating it in England). I have never had goat cheese like this, just excellent! Deep flavor, great crumbly but smooth texture.

Tried this cheese while visiting WI. Finished a package and purchased another before leaving the state. I wish I had purchased a case of this cheese! This is THE BEST cheddar I’ve ever tasted. Love that it’s sheep milk and not cow. I wish they sold this in my local health food store in Colorado.
